日本橋という商売の中心にあって、商売・金運のご利益があるのが「福徳神社」。皆さんもぜひお参りしてみてはいかがでしょうか?
The Fukutoku Shrine was first built more than 1000 years ago and then renovated in 2014. Here Inari, the god of industry and agriculture, is worshipped, and it is also said to be luck with lotteries.
The original main building was magnificent and surrounded by forests and fields.
The Fukutoku shrine worshipped Inari for the Fukutoku village, so that is where the name comes from.
From the Edo Period the shrine started to be considered luck in lotteries.
This is the torii gate: going through the gate we leave the everyday world to enter in the sacred space of the shrine.
This is the basin where the visitors can purify their body and souls before praying at the #shrine. The water comes directly from the mouth of Suijin, the god of water.
