Today, we introduce a special food which is made through the collaboration of two traditional shops, Eitaro and Ninben.
It’s a kind of rice cake called Hanjyoudanngo.
Many bonito flaks are sprinkled on top of the rice cake.
It’s so chewy and delicious!
You can buy it in Eitaro shops at Mitsukoshi department store and Takashimaya department store.
